• Full-Time Customer Service Representative – Carthage, IL

Fortress Bank is seeking a full time CSR for its Hamilton, Carthage, and Macomb location.  This position’s duties are directly related to financial transactions and retail services.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Candidate must be friendly, reliable, self-motivated, and willing to work as scheduled including Saturdays.
• Excellent customer service and math skills are required.
• Candidate must be able to perform in a highly interruptive environment.

• Full-Time Treasury Management Specialist – Des Moines, IA

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver above-and-beyond service from the perspective of a business owner or key decision maker.
• Expand upon while actively managing relationships within an existing client portfolio related to Treasury Management Services.
• Actively seek out new opportunities and be involved in the marketplace.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
• Collaborate with the existing Treasury Management Specialists and local commercial team to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong understanding of treasury management services and financial solutions preferred; the right candidate will receive training on bank-specific products, services, and processes.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banking and/or related fields with transferable skills (business development, financial analysis, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Outgoing and proactive in seeking new business opportunities.
• Understanding the basic daily financial management needs of a business.
• Established level of comfort with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

Work Environment:

This role will be “in-office and in-the-market,” providing hands-on support and building strong community connections. The office here is a collaborative and dynamic team environment focused on delivering exceptional service.
